These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by HENRY STEEVENS (“the Seller”) to consumers and non-professional buyers (“The Customers or the Customer”) wishing to acquire products offered for sale by the Seller (“The Products”) on the website ravelee.com.
They specify in particular the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be supplemented by specific terms and conditions, stated on the website, before any transaction with the Customer.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the exclusion of all other terms, and in particular those applicable to sales in stores or via other distribution and marketing channels.
They are accessible at any time on the website ravelee.com and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent modifications, the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in force on the website on the date the order is placed.

Travel bags and luggage
The main characteristics of the Products and in particular the specifications, illustrations and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products are presented on the website ravelee.com.
The Customer is required to read them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The photographs and graphics presented on the website ravelee.com are not contractual and shall not engage the liability of the Seller.
The Customer is required to refer to the description of each Product in order to know its properties, essential features and delivery times, as well as, in the case of continuous or periodic supply of a good, the minimum duration of the proposed contract.
The contractual information is presented in French and is confirmed at the latest at the time of the validation of the order by the Customer.
Product offers are subject to available stock, as specified at the time the order is placed.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, strengthened and supplemented by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force on May 25, 2018, the Customer has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, opposition, erasure and portability of all their personal data by writing, by mail and proving their identity, to the Seller's address mentioned above.
Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer acknowledges having the capacity required to contract and purchase the Products offered on the website ravelee.com.
5-1. Placing an order It is the responsibility of the Customer to select on the website ravelee.com the Products they wish to order, according to the following procedures:
The Customer has the possibility to check the details of their order, its total price and to correct any errors before confirming their acceptance. It is their responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to signal or rectify any error immediately.
The registration of an order on the website ravelee.com is carried out when the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the box provided for this purpose and validates their order. This validation implies the acceptance of the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the general terms of use of the website.
The sale is only final after the sending to the Customer of the confirmation of the acceptance of the order by the Seller by e-mail, which must be sent without delay and after collection by the latter of the full price.
Any order placed, validated by the Customer and confirmed by the Seller, under the conditions and according to the procedures described above, on the website ravelee.com constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The Customer will be able to follow the progress of their order on the website ravelee.com in the "Order tracking" section.
The Seller is not intended to sell Products on the website ravelee.com to professionals, but only to consumers or non-professionals, for their personal needs. The Seller therefore reserves the right to refuse orders for the same Product in large quantities, exceeding 10 units.
5-2. Order modification Any modifications to the order by the Customer can only be taken into account by the Seller within the limits of their possibilities and provided that they are notified by e-mail to the following address: contact@ravelee.com to the Seller at least 1 day before the date scheduled for the shipment of the order.
In the event that these modifications cannot be accepted by the Seller, the sums possibly paid at the time of placing the order by the Customer will be returned to them within a maximum period of 14 days from the notification of the impossibility of accepting the modifications requested by the Customer (unless the latter prefers to benefit from a credit note or an exchange).
5-3. Order cancellation Orders can be cancelled by the Customer outside the exercise of the right of withdrawal or cases of force majeure at least 2 days before the date scheduled for the supply of the ordered Products, at no cost to the Customer.
The Products are supplied at the rates in force appearing on the website ravelee.com, at the time of the registration of the order by the Seller. Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of all taxes.
The rates take into account any reductions that may be granted by the Seller on the website.
These rates are firm and non-revisable during their validity period, as indicated on the website, with the Seller reserving the right, outside this validity period, to modify the prices at any time. They include processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs.
The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.
The price is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer, by secure payment, according to the following procedures:

Payment by bank card is irrevocable, except in case of fraudulent use of the card. In this case, the Customer can request the cancellation of the payment and the restitution of the corresponding sums.
The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in France.
The delivery time corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the Product sheet plus the processing and delivery time. Products are delivered within an average period of 7 to 10 working days to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the website.
Delivery consists of the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or the unavailability of one or more Products, the ordered Products will be delivered in one go.
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the timeframes specified above. However, these timeframes are provided for information purposes. If the ordered Products have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative date of delivery, for any cause other than force majeure or the Customer's own act, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to them at the latest within fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.
In case of non-conformity of the delivered Product, the Seller undertakes to remedy it or to reimburse the Customer, as indicated in the article "Seller's Liability - Warranty".
The Seller bears the transport risks and is required to reimburse the Customer in the event of damage caused during transport.
The transfer of ownership of the Seller's Products, to the benefit of the Customer, will only be achieved after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of said Products.
Regardless of the date of transfer of ownership of the Products, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration related to them will only be achieved at the moment the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 30 working days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 working days ( 30 working days at most following the communication of the withdrawal decision) following the notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not accepted.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised online, using the withdrawal button available on the website ravelee.com, in which case an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Customer by the Seller, or by any other unambiguous statement expressing the desire to withdraw.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs are refunded; the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund will be made within fourteen days (at most 14 days) from the notification to the Seller of the withdrawal decision.
The Products sold on the website ravelee.com comply with the regulations in force in France and have performance compatible with non-professional use.
The Products supplied by the Seller benefit automatically and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legal provisions:
the legal guarantee of conformity, for Products that are apparently defective, damaged or do not correspond to the order,
the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a defect in material, design or manufacture affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use,
