Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have a period of 30 working days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual).
• The product must be in new condition to allow it to be put back on the market.
• The purchase invoice must be included in the package.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or non-compliant.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@ravelee.com, attaching photos of the issue to facilitate processing.

Refund

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
