Can the RAVELEE bag be used as carry-on luggage?

Carry-on compatibility depends on the airline, the chosen model, and the dimension and weight limits applied to the ticket. Always check your airline's rules before departure.

Is the telescopic trolley included with the bag?

Delivery and order tracking

What are the RAVELEE delivery times?

The information currently published by RAVELEE indicates an average delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. The actual time may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions.

How can I track a RAVELEE order?

A tracking number is provided after shipment and allows you to follow the progress of the order. If no tracking information is received within 72 hours of shipment, contact contact@ravelee.com.

Does RAVELEE deliver internationally?

RAVELEE's terms and conditions provide for deliveries in France.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a RAVELEE bag?

The RAVELEE return policy currently provides for a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned complete with the items requested in the return policy.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Return costs are currently borne by the customer. For an item received damaged or defective, first contact RAVELEE with photos so that the situation can be examined.

When is the refund processed?

The refund is processed after receipt and inspection of the return, to the original payment method. Once the refund is issued, bank processing times may vary, with RAVELEE's policy generally indicating 7 to 14 days.

RAVELEE's terms and conditions indicate credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and PayPal. The methods actually available for your order are those displayed at the time of payment.
